Hey guys!
This post is for introductions and whatnot -- I realised I don't really know many people here even though the community's proved itself to be very pleasant so far, so I'm trying to fix that.  ; If you feel like it and it's not too much trouble, would you like to say hi and tell me a little about yourself?  I'll start: I was born in Shanghai and now live in Sydney. I like the smell of citrus and the pop and fizz of canned drinks when you open them (though I don't really like the actual drinking part). I habitually snack on ice cubes (I take maybe five or six out of the freezer at once and put them in my pocket, and crunch through them one by one). My hobbies include sleeping, and writing on occasion. Drawing is a fact of life, like breathing. Your turn!

Cosplay, huh? I admit I'm not much of a cosplay enthusiast, but I enjoy looking at them from time to time -- I'm fairly selective about it though. If you'd like to share your opinions, go ahead.

XD I always feared having the shards get stuck or something silly like that.
xD;; I used to not be so much.. but I know so many great cosplayers in my group of friends I got kind of driven by their example to do the same. And I'm lucky and have an access to a wide range of cool characters to cosplay (meganes). And x3;; okay. I usually feel more comfortable talking one on one or like.. on MSN or something to.

about me... from malaysia, currently studying in melb and i'm obsessed about naruto and reborn. muahaha. i love to draw although i realised that kinda late. i just started drawing a lot since march 2008 when i got a tablet from someone special. what else, oh! i like meeting new people. it's soOoOo hard to find someone from aussie for some reason. are you coming to melbourne for manifest?

Aw, I don't think it's too late to start drawing now. You'll always find ways to get better. I'm not coming to Melbourne for Manifest, sorry. orz'' I don't have any time for conventions this year ... I may consider coming down next year, though. It's nice to meet you.

yea... i guess it's not too late. hehe. drawing as much as i can now with my free time. you're not coming down for manifest? aww... it's ok then. this will be my first convention. not sure what to expect. haha. you should come down next year. too bad the i can't make it for smash up in sydney. uni is starting soon. grrr... very nice to meet you indeed. ^_^

Ah you seem like an interesting person to get to know! And eh, I hope I'm doing this right xD; my name is Yuna, made and raised in Seoul, Korea. Now I'm populating New Zealand and I miss snow terribly-- for 10 years. I purposefully get my dad to pick me up near the bakery so I can stand around outside to enjoy my every breath. I'm a hopeless romantic who seem to share your passion in art and writing. "I eat art, I breathe music" has been my motto for nearly whole of my lame 19year life. C: OH and also, I LOVE YOUR ART *u*

There's no way to do this wrong! ;) Ah, the closest I've ever gotten to New Zealand is probably Tasmania. *L* Does it not snow there? Luckily for me, places near Sydney do get snow, though I haven't gone skiing for the past couple of years. I really miss it. ;_; Oh, music! Do you play any instruments? I used to play the flute, years and years ago. I'm afraid I probably can't remember how to anymore. orz'' Aaw, thank you.

Ah I should drop by some time to Sydney just for some snow then. ; ) and maybe you too. xD AND YES, I suck at skiing but falling over and sliding down the whole way is pretty fun too! fgjdfkg anything with snow, I'm there /D
I used to play flute too! Before that was piano like any normal over achieving AZN kids would...but I forgot how to play any of them ahaha~ I'm thinking of starting quitar. ;D But damn~ I used to think I'd look so cool playing a flute, all pro with long flowing hair in the gentle breeze~ XD;

I have an entirely Polish heritage, and my sister, mother and I are the only people in my family who were born here. I love listening to all kinds of music, but trance, techno and dance are my favourite. I draw as much as I blink, which is quite alot. I'm a night owl and it takes me ages to go to sleep. I go to a selective high school. I love cats, fast food, and going overseas. ...I hope I haven't rambled too much...xD

I'm always at a loss when people tell me their preference in music, because I don't really have one myself and don't really understand the genres. orz;; I tend to just listen to whatever I feel sounds nice; much of my music comes from my friends. Selective high school, mm? Me too.

It's given me a bit of strife, though. Everyone spells it wrong all the time! orzIt's fine not to have a certain preference. I think it's better to like all kinds of music, rather than just listen to a few. It broadens the mind~ Do you mind if I use this for my journal~? I think it's a great idea, having an introductory page. It's great getting to know new people!

Im izzy , Born in Dublin , and i live in ireland still. I listen to almost anything , but mostly alternative rock n stuff , like tokio hotel , Skillet , etc. My teeth are too temperature sensitive to chew ice cubes :c it hurts. Im a huge procrastinator and can never get things done on time. life is crap at the moment so im not in a good mood most of the time :c not angry just sad. xD I love colouring , best part of drawing. especially with markers. I have a very low self esteem .. xD but uhm , i love pocky especially the milk flavoured ones sorry i think i rambled too much! nice to meet you though!

That's one of the places I'd really like to visit at some point in my life. *o* My teeth probably used to be temperature sensitive, but they've been forced to get used to it. *L* I hear you on the procrastination -- I'm big on getting things done in the last minute, heheh. I'm sorry to hear that life hasn't been going well for you lately. I hope things get better!
